Moisturize and exfoliate several days in a row before your session.  Come prepared - No make-up (if possible) deodorant, or Perfume to your appointment.  Don't forget after clothing~ should be loose Very Loose!! not stretchy jeans (lol) , flip flops or flats, and a jacket and umbrella if it rains...
